Terms of use
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms apply when you browse en3.live, book tickets through it, or use it to enter an event. en3.live is operated by Archik Technologies Private Limited (“en3”, “we”, “us”). By booking a ticket you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our cancellation and refund policy.
1. What en3 does
en3 is a ticketing platform. Events listed on en3.live are organised by independent organisers (“organisers”), not by en3. Each organiser has its own page on en3.live and is responsible for its event: the programme, the venue, timings, entry rules, permissions and licences, and anything said about the event. en3 provides the booking, payment, ticket delivery and door check-in technology, and processes payments for the organiser.
2. Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old, or book with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to make a booking. You must give accurate contact details: your tickets, receipts and event updates are sent to the email address and phone number you provide. To prevent automated abuse, we verify your phone number with a one-time code before a booking is confirmed.
3. Booking and payment
- When you select tickets we hold them for you for a limited time (usually 10 minutes) while you check out. If the hold expires, the tickets are released to other buyers.
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST where applicable. Any convenience or booking fee is shown before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
- Some organisers ask questions before you can book (for example, to confirm house rules). Your answers are shared with that organiser.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- A booking is confirmed only when the payment is successful and you see a confirmation with your ticket. If money is debited but no ticket is issued, see our refund policy.
- An organiser may limit how many tickets one person can book.
4. Your ticket
- Tickets are digital. Each booking gets a ticket link with a QR code and a short door code for the whole party. See ticket delivery.
- Treat your ticket link and door code like cash: anyone who has them can use them, and each ticket admits one person once. We are not responsible for entry lost because a ticket was shared or copied.
- Entry is at the organiser’s and venue’s discretion and subject to their rules, including age limits, security checks, timings and seating arrangements. Unreserved seating is first come, first served.
- Reselling tickets above face value, or for commercial purposes, is not allowed and may void the ticket.
5. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Organisers may change, reschedule or cancel events. What happens to your money in each case is set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or multiple identities to hold or buy tickets;
- interfere with, probe or overload the service, or try to access data that isn’t yours;
- use another person’s payment method or contact details without permission;
- use en3.live for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive.
We may cancel bookings and block access where we see such use, and report it where the law requires.
7. Content and intellectual property
Event details, posters, images and videos are provided by organisers, who are responsible for them and confirm they have the rights to use them. The en3 name, logo, software and design belong to Archik Technologies Private Limited. If you believe something on en3.live infringes your rights, write to us using the details on our contact page.
8. Liability
We work hard to keep en3.live available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. The organiser is responsible for the event itself, and for any loss arising from its cancellation, changes, or conduct at the venue. To the extent the law allows, en3’s total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as travel or accommodation costs). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the one published when you made it. We’ll change the “last updated” date when we do.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue (see contact and grievances). Subject to that, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
