Organiser terms
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms apply to organisations and people (“you”) who use en3 to sell tickets, together with any written agreement you have with Archik Technologies Private Limited (“en3”). If the two differ, the written agreement wins.
1. What en3 provides
Your own event pages on en3.live, online booking and payment collection through our payment partner, digital tickets, booking questions, door check-in tools, and a console with your bookings, answers and exports.
2. Fees
- en3’s fee is ₹5 per ticket sold, plus GST on that fee. We invoice you for it monthly, and you pay the invoice by the due date shown on it.
- Payment gateway charges are borne by you. You can choose, per ticket type, whether buyers pay a convenience fee to cover them; if so, it is shown to buyers before they pay.
- We don’t take a percentage of your ticket price.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are the seller of admission to your event, and you are responsible for running it as described.
- You hold the venue booking, permissions, licences and any performance rights the event needs.
- You are responsible for taxes on your ticket sales, including GST where it applies, and for your own invoices to buyers where required.
- Event details, prices, dates and rules you publish must be accurate and kept up to date.
- If you cancel or materially change an event, you tell us promptly and buyers are refunded under our cancellation and refund policy; you are responsible for funding those refunds.
4. Money from ticket sales
Payments are collected through our payment partner on your behalf. Ticket proceeds are remitted to your nominated bank account, less payment gateway charges and any refunds, on the schedule agreed with you.
5. Buyer data
You receive your buyers’ names, contact details, booking details and answers to your questions. You may use them to run your event and to contact your audience, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and TRAI/DLT rules for messages. You are responsible for your own use of this data, and you won’t sell it or use it for unrelated purposes.
6. Your content
You confirm you have the rights to the names, logos, posters, images, videos and text you upload, and you allow en3 to display them on en3.live, in link previews and in tickets and messages for your events. You can remove them at any time.
7. Suspension and ending
We may suspend sales or your account if we reasonably believe an event is fraudulent, unlawful or misdescribed, or if invoices remain unpaid. Either side can end the arrangement with written notice; obligations for events already on sale, refunds and unpaid invoices continue.
8. Liability and law
en3 is liable to you only for direct loss caused by our breach, limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. These terms are governed by Indian law and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
