Cancellation & refund policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
Events on en3.live are run by their organisers. This policy explains what happens to your money when plans change.
1. If you can’t attend
Tickets can’t be cancelled by the buyer and are non-refundable once booked, unless the event page says the organiser offers cancellations. Where it does, the organiser’s terms on that event page apply, and refunds are processed as described below.
2. If the organiser cancels the event
You get a full refund of the amount you paid, including any convenience or booking fee, to your original payment method. You don’t need to ask: we start it once the cancellation is confirmed and let you know by email.
3. If the event is rescheduled or materially changed
Your ticket stays valid for the new date or arrangement. If you can’t attend, or the change is material (for example a different city or a headline performer withdrawing), you can ask for a full refund by writing to us before the new date. We confirm the change with the organiser and refund to your original payment method.
4. Payment taken but no ticket
If money left your account but you didn’t get a confirmation and ticket, the payment either completes within a few minutes or is reversed automatically by the payment provider, usually within 5–7 working days. If neither happens, write to us with your phone number, the amount and your bank or UPI reference, and we’ll resolve it.
5. Charged twice
If you were charged more than once for the same booking, the duplicate is refunded in full. Write to us if you notice it first.
6. How refunds are paid and how long they take
- Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet). We can’t refund in cash or to a different account.
- We start an approved refund within 2 working days. It then usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
- You’ll get an email when a refund is started, with a reference you can give your bank.
7. How to ask
Email operationsteam@archik.in or call +91 90364 81093 with your booking code (it starts with EN3-) and the phone number you booked with. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, see contact and grievances.
