Privacy policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
This policy explains how Archik Technologies Private Limited (“en3”, “we”) handles personal data when you use en3.live to book or attend an event, and when organisers use en3 to run their events. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
1. What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, mobile number | When you book or sign in | To issue and send your tickets and receipts, verify you with a one-time code, and contact you about your booking |
| Answers to an organiser’s questions | At checkout, if the organiser asks any | Passed to that organiser for their event |
| Booking details: event, tickets, amounts, door code, check-in time | When you book and when you enter | To run the booking and entry, and to keep accounting and tax records |
| Payment status and reference (not card, UPI or bank details) | When you pay | To confirm payment and handle refunds |
| Technical data: IP address, device and browser details, security tokens | When you use the site | To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and automated abuse |
| Organiser account details: name, email, phone, organisation details | When an organiser signs up | To run their account, payouts and invoices |
We don’t collect more than we need, and we don’t use your data for advertising. en3.live has no advertising or analytics trackers.
2. Who we share it with
- The organiser of the event you booked receives your name, contact details, booking details and answers, so they can run the event and contact you about it. Organisers are responsible for how they use this data under their own obligations as data fiduciaries.
- Service providers that process data for us, under contract and only for these purposes: Cashfree Payments (payments and refunds), Zoho ZeptoMail (email delivery), a TRAI-registered SMS provider (one-time codes and ticket messages), Cloudflare (bot protection and image storage), and our hosting providers.
- Authorities, where the law requires it — for example tax authorities or in response to a lawful request.
We do not sell personal data.
3. How long we keep it
We keep booking, payment and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently up to eight years). One-time codes expire within minutes. Other data is kept only while it is needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We use only what the site needs to work: browser storage that keeps your checkout session and your sign-in, your light or dark theme choice, and the security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that stops bots. No advertising cookies.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to people who need it, and payment credentials are handled only by our payment partner. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, unless we must keep it by law (for example, tax records);
- withdraw consent for anything that relies on consent;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
To do any of this, email operationsteam@archik.in from the address you booked with. For data an organiser holds, you may also contact the organiser directly.
7. Children
en3.live isn’t meant for children to use on their own. A booking for or by someone under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian.
8. Grievances
Our grievance officer can be reached at operationsteam@archik.in or +91 90364 81093. See contact and grievances for timelines.
9. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and change the “last updated” date.
